Our passion began many years ago, while running a café on a small island near Seattle. Here, we discovered a passion for coffee and the many ways it can be roasted, brewed and served.

Our coffees are inspired by the places we have lived and traveled. Our adventures have taken us far and wide and grew an appreciation of the regional specialties. From Argentinian, Turkish, Vietnamese and Italian. Coffee has its unique histories and characteristics that imbue this magical bean its special place in the world.
